Each new YMCA facility is constructed focusing on the needs of the community it’s serving and the Exeter, N.H., YMCA is no different. The 33,000 square foot facility features fitness studios, weight and cardio rooms, a gymnasium, indoor track and a community room.

Approximately 8,500 sq. ft. of Metl-Span CF-36 Striated Insulated Wall Panels were selected as a key component on the third-largest Whole Foods store in the world. The 2” panels, finished in custom Vancouver Copper Kynar, were installed horizontally.

Located in the foothills of the scenic Cascade Mountains, the new Swedish Medical Center in Issaquah, WA is one of the most energy efficient hospital campuses in the nation.  The 550,000 square foot, two-phased project includes an acute care hospital and adjoining medical office building.

Centrum at Mohawk College’s Stoney Creek Campus is a two-story, 12,314-square-foot facility where multiple trades can collaborate and physically work together, focused on installing and maintaining cutting-edge renewable and sustainable resource materials, including solar and wind energy. The facility features a 2,551-square-foot classroom theater. Mohawk annually serves 2,400 apprenticeship students and is one of the largest trainers of apprentices in Ontario.

Metl-Span delivered more than 90,000 square feet of CF-42 insulated metal panels in two profiles and colors, both filled with a three-inch urethane. SKS moved from Watervliet, N.Y., to this new facility in the WJ Grande Industrial Park in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., less than five miles from the home office of Munter Enterprises, Inc. who was the general contractor as well as the IMP installer for the project.

Approaching the new Cliff Hangers facility in Mooresville, N.C., visitors are greeted by climbers scaling an outdoor climbing wall directly above the front doors.

The owners of Electronics for Imaging (EFI) had high expectations moving into a new east coast headquarters in Londonderry, N.H. Versatility, durability, ease and speed of construction as well as aesthetics all played a role in the selection of insulated metal panels from Metl-Span for the 185,200 square foot project – that’s a little more than four acres!

GreenSpace Holdings LLC is focused on constructing “cost-reducing self-storage solutions with an emphasis on environmental conservatism.” The company’s most recent project is a 181,000 square-foot facility in Houston and it will be a part of the CubeSmart franchise.
