Metl-Span’s CF Tuff-Cast™ profile is an appealing insulated metal panel given its appearance of finished precast concrete. The exterior surface of the concrete look exterior panel is a hard aggregated fiber reinforced polymer coating and is created with the factory-applied Tuff Cote® finish system, which offers an extremely durable, impact and abrasion-resistant coating that can withstand severe weather conditions.
The wall panel’s exterior provides your building with an attractive precast concrete building alternative while maintaining energy efficiency. Since the panels have a double tongue-and-groove joint system, the cost of labor is reduced significantly when a building is constructed. This joint system also creates a barrier that is air, vapor, and water resistant.
The CF Tuff-Cast profile is available in a variety of color options, along with either vertical or horizontal textures.
