CF Mesa insulated metal panels are the total package when it comes to building envelope solutions. The low-profile corrugated panel of 1/8” rib not only offers thermal, vapor, and moisture barriers in a single component, but delivers high R-values to create an energy-efficient environment as well. The Mesa profile is designed with concealed clips to decrease thermal bridging and is well-equipped for exterior walls, interior walls, and ceiling applications. You can choose from an embossed or un-embossed profile with a face made of galvanized or aluminum-zinc-coated steel.
Similar to our CF Light Mesa panels, our CF Mesa insulated metal panels are used for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. By incorporating sustainability factors into their design, the Mesa profile adheres to green building standards where energy efficiency is paramount.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Deflection caused by temperature differential induced thermal bow is not addressed in the above table and may result in allowable spans that are less than the spans listed above and may require the use of heavier 24 or 22 gage panel facings at added cost. Except for self-supporting the dead weight of the panel, partition wall panels are non-load bearing. Ceiling panels must be supported from the structure above or by an internal support structure. Panel skins must be captured at both ends of the panel by supporting members designed to support reaction pressures from a 5 psf interior pressure. CF-42 = 42″ wide. CF-45 = 44.5″ wide.

The new Colorado State University Indoor Practice Facility in Fort Collins, CO sports 39,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span CF-42 Light Mesa insulated wall panels. The 2” panels were finished in Herring Bone on the exterior and Igloo White on the interior.

Wurstfest is a popular annual celebration of German culture in New Braunfels, Texas.
