GreenSpace Holdings LLC is focused on constructing “cost-reducing self-storage solutions with an emphasis on environmental conservatism.” The company’s most recent project is a 181,000 square-foot facility in Houston and it will be a part of the CubeSmart franchise.
The new Colorado State University Indoor Practice Facility in Fort Collins, CO sports 39,000 sq. ft. of Metl-Span CF-42 Light Mesa insulated wall panels. The 2” panels were finished in Herring Bone on the exterior and Igloo White on the interior.
Overmountain Vineyards, a family-operated vineyard in Polk County, N.C., wanted to offer its visitors comfortable overnight accommodations. Working with some talented designers, the plan was to construct two 1,300 square foot guest houses, using insulated metal panels (IMPs) from Metl-Span for the walls and roofing.
With completion of a major renovation, Shelburne Green office park in Shelburne, VT takes on a dramatic new appearance. The previous structure was a “smorgasbord of attached buildings” according to general contractor Dan Cameron of DHCameron Construction Company in N. Ferrisburgh, VT. The original 15,000 sq. ft. building was constructed in the 1950s and then added onto over the years with pre-engineered buildings.
The Liberty University athletic staff and student-athletes had a great deal to celebrate at the ribbon-cutting ceremony of their spacious new Indoor Football Practice Facility in August. The $29 million, 95,000-square-foot structure represents not only a substantial recruitment tool and a commitment to the success of the Lynchburg, Va.-based university football program, but the next step in a two-year proposal to reclassify Liberty University as a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) team—joining the ranks of the NCAA’s top-tier of competition.

Metrohm USA, the North American subsidiary of a major Swiss manufacturer, had long outgrown its original office facility in the Tampa Bay region. Their new, $20 million headquarters in nearby Riverview, Fla. will house several dozen new employees in the coming years with meeting rooms and creative stations that could support more than 200 people.
Historic LondonHouse in downtown Chicago underwent an extensive renovation, starting in 2013. The transformation of this luxury hotel, completed for a grand reopening in May 2016, included insulated metal panels from Metl-Span.
Bay Area Fellowship Church, Corpus Christi, is considered one of the fastest growing churches in the United States. To continue its growth, the progressive, media-driven church undertook a two-phased construction project on a 90-acre site. The recently concluded Phase 1 includes 92,000 sq. ft. of worship and educational space.
